The Maria

Full Service Collection - $5195

This collection is for the couple who wants all we have to offer.

You will receive personalized comprehensive support, expert planning, and curated design ideas throughout the entire process.

This couple is BUSY with school, work, travel, or lives out of town. Vivian will be with you every step of the way: booking your venue and vendors, attending appointments, helping to manage the budget, and creating an efficient timeline.

The Diaa

Partial Service Collection - $3495

For couples who really like being involved with the planning process, but would like a little extra help along the way.

Whether you're searching for someone to meet with your selected vendors, are seeking etiquette advice, in need of some planning ideas, or need help further coordinating the plans you have in place, this package is the perfect extra push you'll need.

The Grace

Wedding Day Management Collection (Month of Coordination) - $2195

You have done all the leg work up until now: met with the vendors, chosen your florals, booked the venue, etc. But, now you need someone to make sure these plans go off without a hitch on the actual day. Vivian will step in a month before the wedding to ensure any necessary details are in place and all moving pieces work seamlessly together.

The Kate

Custom Collection-Price Variable

We understand one does not fit all. Ask us about a custom collection to suit your specific needs.

I. Assistant

Each package includes a full-time assistant on wedding day for Vivian.

II. Time Spent

"The Maria" and "The Diana, full and parital planning collections" include a 12-hour day, while the "Wedding Day Management Package" includes a 10-hour day. Additional time can be added to any package.

III. Rehearsal Time

Each package includes up
to a two hour rehearsal time.

Vivian was extremely helpful and had some great ideas. She made everything so beautiful and perfect and took over whatever needed to be done. She tirelessly helped with the entire wedding from beginning to end.
